The brand new series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of This! Might still be a good few months away, but the show has been in the headlines a lot in recent months amid speculation about what will happen on account of the coronavirus pandemic. 

Following initial suggestions it could relocate to Scotland, the latest reports have claimed the show will go ahead in the Australian outback as normal, but the stars could face a two-week quarantine prior to their arrival in the jungle. 

With titles beginning to be connected to the show, we believed it was a good time to check out on most of the rumoured celebrities up to now…

Vernon Kay

The former Family Fortunes and T4 presenter has been quietly hosting Formula One coverage for the last few years, but according to The Mirror, ” he ’s said to have signed pound & a;250,000 deal to take part in this year’s series, according to The Mirror.

If he had to enter, Vernon would be appearing on TV at precisely the exact same time his spouse, Tess Daly, is hosting Strictly Come Dancing

It’s hard to believe that less than one year ago, most people had never heard of Carole Baskin. However, now the Tiger King star is among the greatest names that’s been connected to I’m A Celebrity. 

The Sun claimed supervisors had approached her with a big money offer, but it’s since been reported that she is now mulling over looking over the upcoming series of Dancing With The Stars in the united states, which would broadcast at precisely the exact same period as the ITV series, prompting a bidding war for her to register. 

AJ Pritchard

Former Strictly professional AJ stunned fans when he declared he was quitting the BBC ballroom show back in March.

Coronation Street legend Liz McDonald is set to leave our screens in the coming months, leaving celebrity Bev Callard with some more time on her hands. 

Back in April, The Mirror suggested she will be heading Down Under come the fall, claiming she was the very first star to register for this year’therefore series.  

Pop star Jessie J is no stranger to TV viewers, having served as a judge on The Voice both in the united kingdom and Australia, however it appears bosses are hoping to make her to swap turning seats for creepy crawlies. 

The Sun reported that Jessie was provided “good cash ” to take part in I’m A Celebrity, but quoted an unnamed source that claimed she wasn’t sure the series “was because of her”. 

The ex-Arsenal midfielder’s title was mentioned in precisely the exact same report linking Jessie J to the series, together with The Sun indicating that he was keen to relaunch his TV career after viewing football boss Harry Redknapp win the series in 2018. 

John Barnes

In fact, Paul is merely one of several former footballers who’ve been rumoured for the series. 

England legend John Barnes threw his own hat into the ring through an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show back in March, along with above King Of The Jungle Harry Redknapp. 

John — that has been a housemate on Celebrity Big Brother — stated: “By the perspective of ingesting anything, I eat everything and anything, so from this point of view I’d do it.

“Lying about doing nothing much, I really fancy so that I ’d likely look at it like a small holiday. ” He added: “I’d do it, yeah. ”

Eric Cantona

Another big footballing name stated to be going into the jungle is former Manchester United star Eric Cantona

This arrived after I’m A Celebrity boss Richard Cowles called Eric as his dream signing up for the series, telling The Sun: “I like the notion of Eric Cantona talking in French and coming up with very deep things. That would be useful. ”

The Vivienne

Drag performer The Vivienne is still riding high after winning the first series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK this past year, and it was rumoured among the big TV supplies she’d obtained was I’m A Celebrity. 

When asked about the reports through a recent interview on ITV’s Lorraine, The Vivienne seemed greater than up for the struggle, telling the presenter: “Do you know what, I’ve never thought about it actually but what an absolutely amazing opportunity that could be!

“I’m petrified of spiders but get me to this jungle, so I’d do it! What a fantastic life chance I’m not going to have again… I’m all for it! ”

Mattsigned off by a 10-year stint presenting The 1 Show back in the spring, and while he’s still got commitments with Countryfile, he was tipped to get used to a new exterior environment on I’m A Celebrity, after being called as a possible contestant by bookies. 

While random suggestions from bookmakers aren’t usually the best indication of that will eventually wind up participate, ” he didn’t completely dismiss the notion during a meeting with Hello magazine

“I haven’t had any conversations nonetheless,” he said, but added: “I’m reluctant to say nothing with a good think about it. ”
